How do sessions work?

I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to address any questions and discuss fees. Should you decide to move forward, initial intake sessions are 60 minutes, and weekly follow-up sessions are generally 45 minutes.

Do you take insurance?

I am an out-of-network (OON) provider. Each month, I provide an invoice (called a superbill) that you can submit directly to your insurance company to seek partial reimbursement. Many insurance plans have OON benefits, and many individuals I work with are reimbursed up to 60-80% of the session rate.

Where are you located?

I offer both telehealth and in-person appointments located in Brookline, MA. I also offer telehealth to those located in New York and Rhode Island.
